Not entirely sure what type of spider this little friend is, but it was hitching a ride on my arm at the river, and it ran all over my arms and legs being super cute.

I made friends with this little dude(or dudette) in my laundry room yesterday, and found it dead today. :( could you tell me what kind of spider it might be?

An expecting Araneus marmoreus who decided to move in on my porch this morning. Hoping to track down where she’s hiding so I can find her a safer spot than our gutter to start laying her eggs. (Southern NJ)

i think this spider is called a golden silk orb weaver; when i was in costa rica, these pretty babies were everywhere. this picture is from corcovado national park
